Capturing the Craft: A Recent Shoot at 4 Noses Brewery

We had the pleasure of collaborating with David Bibliowicz of Studio Biblio on a captivating project at 4 Noses Brewery in Denver, CO—a brewery he designed and co-owns. This shoot captured the heart of the brewing process and celebrated the intricate artistry behind every pint.

Highlighting Unique Features

Our primary focus was on the brewing side, particularly the vats where the magic of fermentation happens. These gleaming giants, the backbone of the brewery, provided a stunning focal point. The interplay of metal, shadows, and the brewing environment created an irresistible canvas.

Lighting can make or break a shoot, and for this project, we embraced the abundant natural light flooding the brewery. The soft, ambient light helped us capture the authentic atmosphere, making each shot resonate with the true essence of 4 Noses Brewery. It was a perfect match for showcasing the space in its genuine form.

Gear and Techniques

Equipped with our trusty Canon 5D, we captured every moment in high detail. We used an iPad Pro via a CamRanger to ensure seamless proofing and adjustments. This setup allowed us to review shots in real-time, ensuring we aligned with the vision consistently.

Teamwork and Collaboration

As with all our projects, collaboration was key. Carolyn played an integral role, staging each shot meticulously with the help of the architect and managing all preplanning aspects. Our teamwork ensures that every image not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Shooting at 4 Noses Brewery was an overall fantastic experience. Breweries are always such unique spaces with a lot of character; this one was no exception. The cherry on top? A six-pack of beer at the end of the shoot—talk about a rewarding day!
